With each book I write, I usually burn a CD of music that is either referenced in the book or just seems to fit with it. I listen to the music a lot while I'm writing and when I'm done I send the CD to the editor. More than anything, it's a good luck thing. Here is the playlist from Prama. Although not all are listed in the manuscript, these 20 songs all played at the Fletcher Prom in the book. I wish I was computer savvy enough to link them to iTunes so that you could listen to samples of the ones you don't recognize.
